The market weakened for the fifth consecutive session on Tuesday as
investors are becoming more cautious ahead of third quarter earnings and
industrial output data. Both benchmarks plunged more than 2 percent in
five sessions.The Sensex fell 94.06 points to close at 20,693.24, and the Nifty lost 29.20 points to 6,162.25 amid volatility.
