ower Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) has commissioned Raichur-Sholapur transmission line which has been interconnected with the national grid. The Raichur-Sholapur 765KV single circuit transmission line has thereby achieved the one nation-one grid-one frequency system. It cost the company Rs 815 crore to set up the system.
