EPIC UPDATE : KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS

KEpic Update Kirloskar Electric Companyirloskar Brothers International B.V. Netherlands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers, has acquired balance 40% holding in Kirloskar Brothers Europe B.V. (KBE), on December 31, 2013. As a result, Kirloskar Brothers Europe B.V. has now become 100% subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers International B.V.
