Vijaya Bank gains 3% as NPAs ease in June quarter

Shares of Vijaya Bank climbed over 3% in Monday’s trade after the bank said its non-performing assets as a percentage of total advances eased to 6.19% in June quarter from 6.34% in March quarter and 7.3% in the year-ago quarter.
