Epic Research Update : Sensex plunges 255 pts, Nifty ends at 6001

The market closed on lower levels as investors seem to be cautious ahead of Vote on Account to be presented by UPA II on Monday.

The Sensex was down 255.14 points or 1.25 percent at 20193.35, and the Nifty slipped 82.90 points or 1.36 percent at 6001.10. About 921 shares have advanced, 1637 shares declined, and 151 shares are unchanged.
