Hathway cable raised close to Rs 100 crore from promoter group entity

Cable services provider #HathwayCable and #Datacom have raised close to Rs 100 crore through allotment of equity shares to a promoter group entity on preferential basis.

“The board of directors of the company… approved the allotment of 30,800,000 fully paid-up equity shares… the company to Hathway Investments, an entity forming part of the promoter group, at a price of Rs 32.35 per share aggregating to Rs 99.63 crore on preferential basis,”

LaurusLabs climbs 6% on USFDA approval

Shares of Laurus Labs climbed 6 percent on Thursday after the pharma company received USFDA approval for a generic drug used in the treatment of diabetes.
The stock rose 5.84 percent to hit a high of Rs 464.35 on the BSE.
